Nature of the information

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee score increases, removal of information, loan approval or any other specific outcome. Information that is accurate, current and within the legal reporting window cannot be removed from a credit report.

Engagement and payment

Services are contracted in writing, describing scope, estimated timeline and price. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679b), no amount is charged or received before services are fully performed. You have the right to cancel the contract within 3 business days at no cost.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful information and legitimate documents. We do not file groundless disputes, fraud claims without evidence, or any conduct intended to alter your credit identity.

Third-party services

When we refer licensed professionals (real estate brokerage, lending, legal), they act independently, under their own license and responsibility.
